A Note From Our Founder
When my daughter came into the world, my son quickly noticed the stark contrast between her clothes and his own. Much as he loved the rockets, dinosaurs and vehicles adorning most of his apparel, he also admired the hearts, flowers and berries featured on her outfits.
It puzzled him why he couldn’t have the same variety in his own wardrobe.
Driven by his desire for clothing with more varied prints, I embarked on a search, only to find disappointment. The prints were available but only in the girls’ section and my son wasn’t interested in the frilly collars and the gendered garment cuts.
All he wanted was to be able to rock florals without having to wear his baby sister’s bloomers. My search continued, but yielded few results. And thus, Playtime Prints was born.
