Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Order before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and we’ll dispatch your order the same day. 

Please note: this applies to in stock items only and does not include pre-order products.

UK standard delivery (3-5 working days):
Free when you order 2+ items, otherwise £3.45.

UK next working day delivery:
£4.29 (order by 1pm Monday - Friday).

Australia and New Zealand delivery (1-2 weeks):
Free when you order 2+ items, otherwise £10.

Please note: Playtime Prints are not responsible for any local customs or duty charges on items purchased through our website.

We currently only offer delivery to the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Returns

We hope you love your Playtime Prints purchase but, if something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day returns policy. 

To start a return please e-mail hello@playtimeprints.co.uk with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll then send you a returns form and mailing address.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Please retain proof of postage as we cannot refund lost or unreceived items.
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product is being returned for a fault/defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm by e-mail whether a refund has been approved. If accepted, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a new order. We’ve found this is the quickest way to get the right product to you.

Cancelling or amending your order

To cancel or amend your order, please e-mail hello@playtimeprints.co.uk as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help but once your order has begun processing, we may not be able to make changes.
